Windows 7旗舰版系统与Office2013通用电话激活方法，首先什么是电话激活?说白了就是一种激活方式，打电话到微软去激活，所以叫电话激活，至于原理，我也没仔细想过，有兴趣的网友可以自己去查一查什么原理。为什么要电话激活呢?因为没有在线激活的密钥了自然要电话激活。本质上也就是为了达到激活的目的。废话不多说，下面大致说一下电话激活的流程及步骤。

　　所需工具：

　　Skype网络电话、点此下载 (也可用Google Voice、这些是免费的)

　　VPN、这个可选性比较多，比如VPNCUP、MXVPN、TOVPN、豆荚加速器等等都可以。

　　准备步骤：

　　获取对应需要激活的系统、软件的密钥：点击获取

　　安装密钥：打开管理员模式的命令提示符(Windows8及8.1用户可直接按Win+X+A)，输入密钥，格式是slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

　　第二步举例，以激活Windows 8.1 为例：命令提示符输入 slmgr /ipk C23TX-8FNX9-C6J6T-BPQW2-CKBDQ 回车，几秒后会提示密钥安装成功;

　　安装成功后继续输入 slui 4 (注意中间有空格，上面的命令也是：slmgr空格/ipk空格密钥)，输入slui 4后按回车，地区随便选，不选也可以直接点击下一步，获得你的ID;

　　截图，将你的ID完整截图下来放到桌面，一会儿要用到。准备工作到此结束。

　　激活步骤：

　　首先打开你的VPN并挂上，怎么判断是否挂上了，比如我选择的是美国线路，点此查看你的IP ，如果你的IP显示是美国的或者国外的说明挂上了;

　　打开并登陆skype网络电话，skype也是微软的东西，所以你可以使用微软账户登陆;

　　登陆skype网络电话后拨打号码：+448000188354(这是英国的、你也可以选择美国、台湾、澳大利亚等等，具体号码在准备步骤的第四步里可以选择地区获得号码)

　　拨打英国需要你听得懂英语，在电话接通的过程中，将你的ID截图打开;

　　接通后首先要你输入验证码(男声)，他报的数字你输入即可，一般11、125等等出现概率比较高;

　　输入验证码后如果成功则转到女声激活中心，不成功则男声提示你重新输入，连续错误三次将会被挂断电话;

　　激活中心：首先问你的是家用还是商用，此处必须按1;

　　按1后balabala说一堆然后让你输入ID，就是前面截图的ID，一组一组输入，全部输入完成后，女声提示：如果有效则问你有几台电脑，此处必须按1，如果不是这种则说明无法激活，直接挂电话吧，换个KEY重新来。

　　激活成功则女声给你报ID，一组一组的，你记下来，回头再通过slui 3进行输入;

　　就这样，可以激活了。后面会附上详细的中英文对照表，不懂的小伙伴可以看看。
